Delivery Most orders received before 12 noon CST are processed and shipped the same day. Credit Card Orders We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards as well as PayPal. You can either use the shopping cart to check out online or simply call in your order to 800.455.9107. Please note that our shopping cart utilizes SSL encryption and does not archive credit card numbers to protect your personal information and privacy. Shipping Charge Our stand shipping method within the United States and Canada is UPS Ground, though UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day and Next Day Air is also available to most areas. Sales to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air only. International Orders At this time, we do not accept orders outside of the United States and Canada. Purchase Orders We conditionally accept purchase orders from companies and organizations within the United States and Canada. Please fax your official purchase order to 262.781.1867. New customers are generally required to fill out a credit application. Upon credit approval, terms are net 30 days. Customers will be invoiced the date that the order is shipped. Unpaid balances beyond 30 days will be assessed a 1.5% monthly interest fee (18% APR). Sales Tax A 5.6% sales tax will be added for all orders shipped to Wisconsin addresses.
Returns & Exchanges All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Help us process your return quickly and efficiently by following these guidelines. Incorrect Items: Defective Items: Note: Some manufacturers have implemented return restrictions that prevent us from being able to accept returns or offer exchanges, replacements or credits on their products. All support as well as exchanges or replacements for defective merchandise, including within the first 30 days of ownership, must be handled directly with the product manufacturer.
